Connected channels privacy

Updated 3 October 2026. This supplement describes BUBLEDUB's optional social publishing beta, operated by SIA RODLEN. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Contact: info@rodlen.com.

Your choice and control

You choose which channels to connect and which videos to prepare or publish. We use the permissions you grant to identify the selected channels, read their video metadata and available analytics, and upload videos you approve. OAuth authorization does not automatically publish a video. Routes apply only to channels you select, with your budget and review settings. TikTok requires confirmation for each final video.

Information we use

We store channel identifiers, display names, connection permissions and expiry, encrypted access/refresh tokens, source-event metadata, posting instructions, schedules, captions, delivery receipts and available aggregate channel statistics. You supply your own original media or choose a retained original or finished BUBLEDUB result. We do not download audiovisual content from YouTube or scrape social-platform videos. Connected-platform data is not used to train AI models. Dubbing uses the media you provide under our main privacy policy.

Providers and processing

For an approved publication, its video, caption, title, privacy and disclosure settings are sent to the chosen platform. Media is served through a short-lived, unguessable link. Access tokens remain on the server, encrypted with a key held in Google Cloud Secret Manager. Google Cloud processes the application data. We do not sell connected-channel data or use it for advertising.

Who receives Google and YouTube user data

We share, transfer or disclose the Google user data used by the YouTube connection only as follows:

We do not automatically send YouTube OAuth tokens, channel analytics or API video metadata to Meta, TikTok, Stripe, advertising networks or data brokers. Meta and TikTok receive only the media and publication text you choose to send to them. Dubbing uses the original media you supply, not audiovisual content downloaded from YouTube. Google account profile fields and YouTube API records are not included in optional analytics or advertising events and are not used to train AI or machine-learning models. We do not sell Google user data or transfer or disclose it for other purposes.

Google sign-in and billing are separate from connecting a YouTube channel. If you pay through Stripe, your BUBLEDUB account email, which may originate from Google sign-in, is sent to Stripe for checkout and billing. See section 4.1 of our Privacy Policy for the full Google sign-in and data-sharing disclosure.

Our YouTube integration uses YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Google access in your Google security settings. Meta and TikTok provide equivalent connected-app controls.

BUBLEDUB's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use this information only for the connected-channel features you choose. Human access is limited to your explicit agreement, necessary security investigation, legal obligations, or aggregated internal operations permitted by that policy.

Retention and deletion

OAuth setup tickets expire within 10 minutes and publication media links within one hour. Connected channel profiles are refreshed daily and analytics every six hours, with scheduled authorization checks approximately every 15 minutes. Discovery runs only for enabled source routes. Stale snapshots display their last successful refresh.

Channel profiles must be refreshed within 29 days or their connection and API data are erased. Analytics, discovery events, source bindings and platform upload receipts expire within 29 days without renewal. An active maintenance sweep removes expired data even when beta access expires. Your own publication plans, uploaded originals and dubbing results follow the main policy and your account's normal storage lifecycle.

In Publishing → Channels, choose Disconnect & delete data. This immediately disables the connection and deletes its stored profile, analytics, discovered video metadata, source bindings, upload receipts and upload-session data. Scheduled work checks the connection again before publishing; outstanding worker responses cannot restore erased records. Already published posts remain on the platform, and an in-flight submission may still complete there.

For YouTube and TikTok we immediately request remote revocation as well. If the provider is unavailable, an encrypted credential is retained solely for revocation retries for up to 24 hours, then erased; it cannot read or publish. You can revoke Google access yourself at Google Account → Third-party connections. A Meta grant can cover multiple Pages; disconnecting one removes its local data, while Meta's business integrations settings revoke the whole grant.

If Google reports revoked credentials, we disable and erase the stored channel connection and API data. See Privacy Policy section 4.2 for the complete YouTube access, retention and deletion procedure. Verified YouTube API data deletion requests are completed as soon as possible and within seven calendar days.

Deleting your account or requesting help

Use Studio → Account → Delete account to erase your BUBLEDUB profile, media and connected-channel records, subject to the financial retention described in the main Privacy Policy. You can also send an access or deletion request to info@rodlen.com from your account email. We verify account ownership before acting. Public platform posts remain under your control on that platform.

Private beta

This release is available only to administrators and invited reviewers. Reviewer access has an expiry and does not grant administrator rights. Platform availability, analytics and privacy options depend on account type, authorization and API review. A scheduled instruction is not a guarantee of platform publication.
