Which mode fits your video?
Fast is useful for a short explanation, recipe or product walkthrough where one narrator is enough. It uses nine studio voices, not a clone of the speaker. Fast+ and Pro offer your own voice with consent at ×2 and ×8 credits, have a three-minute source limit and support fewer languages than Fast. For dialogue, use Dub Studio and review how it assigns voices to the speakers.
Example: one tutorial, two audiences
A four-minute tutorial translated into Spanish and German in Fast uses 480 credits: 240 source seconds × 2 languages. You receive a separate output for each language. This is an illustrative calculation, not a claim about a customer’s results. The 20 target-minute cap means a 15-minute source fits one language per Single voice job; a five-minute source can fit four.
Video translation, subtitles or transcription?
Choose dubbing when viewers need to hear the explanation in another language. Captions put words on the picture, while a transcript gives you a document to search or reuse. If you only need text, choose Transcript instead of paying to generate a voice. Transcript jobs also offer SRT and VTT exports for a video editor or accessible web player.
Timing and quality
Video speech is fitted to the source timing. This differs from lip-sync: the person’s face and mouth movements are not edited. Background music, overlapping speech, names and noisy recordings can affect the output. Preview each language and check important terminology before publishing.
Monthly plans and one-off top-ups
Fast costs 1 credit per source second per target language. Dub Studio costs 1 credit per source second for one target language. Web credit packs are €4.99 for 1,000 credits, €9.99 for 2,400 or €19.99 for 5,400. New accounts start with 150 free credits; one-off top-up credits do not expire. Monthly plans cost €9.99 / 2,700 credits, €19.99 / 6,000, or €49.99 / 15,000. Each paid monthly allowance lasts 60 days. Plans renew automatically; cancel before renewal in your account.
Questions and answers
Can I translate a YouTube link?
The web studio accepts uploaded files. Use a recording you own or have permission to process; direct YouTube URL import is not offered.
Can I keep the original video size?
Single voice offers the original layout, a vertical result or a circle where applicable. Reframing can crop the picture, so review the output before sharing.
Can I translate a long interview?
Dub Studio accepts multi-speaker videos up to three hours and 5 GB. If you need a written record rather than a dub, Transcript accepts up to two hours and 500 MB.
